📋 Description

• Work closely with the CEO and product leads in a senior commercial role • Drive partnerships, DeFi integrations and strategic alliances across Symbiotic’s product suite • Support business development across product verticals • Streamline partner pipelines and maintain the CRM with call notes • Coordinate materials, research and project management • Contribute a strategic perspective to Symbiotic’s commercial strategy • Identify market opportunities and strategic alliances • Maintain intelligence on target accounts • Leverage professional networks to open doors and accelerate deals • Collaborate with leadership and product teams to develop and execute the growth strategy • Engage customers and the broader DeFi community • Gather product feedback and incorporate insights into product roadmaps and development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong evidence of commercial success, including closed deals and strategic alliances • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals • Deep, pre-existing network among liquid crypto-native funds, DeFi curators and blue-chip protocol founders • Track record of driving measurable growth in TVL, liquidity or protocol adoption • Understanding of lending, CDPs, DEXs and yield-bearing stablecoins • Experience working as or alongside curators, allocating capital into on-chain assets and vaults, and building or running liquidity mining programmes • Understanding of governance and how major protocols make decisions, with experience taking an asset or product through integration processes • Winning mentality and ability to work independently • Deep understanding of the lending and borrowing product landscape • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building on-chain financial applications • Technical background is a bonus • TradFi experience is a bonus • CRM experience, specifically HubSpot, is a bonus
