📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback • Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution • Act as a liaison between project teams, senior management, and external partners • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains • Drive a culture of continuous improvement • Proactively identify potential risks affecting project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Project Management or related field • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience • Experience managing design/build, installation, and commissioning of construction projects • Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling (MHE) preferred • Experience with managing multiple projects • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Skilled at stakeholder management • Strong problem-solving under pressure • Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking (Smartsheet / Jira).
