📋 Description

• Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching • Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and "clean, safe & functional" standards • Manage bidding and estimating using the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies • Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment • Guide the full project lifecycle—from awarded scope through completion—maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs • Oversee procurement and approval activities in collaboration with contractors and internal teams • Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of REO/REIT construction experience • Strong background in single-family construction, remodeling, and national/state-level project management • Advanced construction knowledge • Proficiency with MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and related tools • A reliable personal vehicle (monthly vehicle allowance provided) • Valid driver’s license and compliant insurance • Residence in the Western half of the U.S., preferably Northern California, and the ability to travel up to 80%
