• Provides senior-level support for the program and product team members to ensure deliverables are scheduled, communicated, tracked, and completed on time. • Produces and monitors project plans (e.g., creation of materials, client planning documents, assessment schedules). • Resolves typical issues and answers operational questions with minimal support. • Performs and coordinates software user acceptance testing and software specification verifications; tracks feedback from client and responses/resolution from internal functional teams. • Creates training materials such as Power Point presentations and recorded modules; provides training of online testing system’s functionality and features to internal and external staff as appropriate. • Documents project workflows, operational processes, and program specifications to improve consistency, transparency, and cross-functional coordination. • Reviews and maintains quality control on all major project products (e.g., reports, tests). • Creates and distributes agendas, official meeting minutes, issues logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts. • Provides information to clients and responds to client requests within the area of responsibility. • Coordinates logistics for meetings, conferences, cross-program initiatives, and training sessions. • Liaises with Help Desk agents to coordinate responses to sometimes highly complex and client-facing issues.
• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, program support, or a related field. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using work management or project tracking tools such as Smartsheet. • Experience with JIRA is a plus. • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and detailed tasks simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex, detail-oriented assignments with limited direction. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting client-facing project work.
