📋 Description

• Work warm leads delivered through the award-winning technology platform • Conduct professional needs-based conversations and follow the proven sales system • Build long-term client relationships and create residual income streams • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM • Stay coachable and consistent with provided training and weekly support • Coordinate the schedule around existing corporate responsibilities • Develop a part-time sales and business development practice that may grow into full-time or agency leadership

🎯 Requirements

• US Residency is required for licensing • Company does not sponsor residency • Currently work or recently worked in a corporate, professional, or structured environment • Highly organized, coachable, and results-oriented • Communicate clearly and build trust quickly • Want residual income and career control without immediately leaving a W-2 role • Willing to follow a proven system • Able to commit consistent part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, or flexible blocks • Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required • Must submit a resume or LinkedIn profile and a short note about interest in the opportunity
