📋 Description

• Sell life insurance remotely by phone or laptop • Help families choose appropriate insurance protection • Work warm leads from families who requested information • Follow provided scripts, CRM, and established sales process • Conduct customer conversations and close sales • Optionally build a small team and earn override income from team production • Complete training and use ongoing mentorship • Set own working hours, including mornings, nights, or weekends

🎯 Requirements

• US residency is required for licensing • Must be located in the United States • Life insurance license required to sell, but not required to apply • Self-directed, coachable, and good with people • Ability to follow direction and respond to coaching and guidance • Availability of 10–20 hours per week • No insurance experience required; training provided • Must be able to work on a 100% commission basis without guaranteed hourly pay • Must commit consistently to the role • Phone or laptop and internet access implied for remote sales work
