📋 Description

• Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. • Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS, and Ataxia. • The Role: We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist with fellowship training or significant expertise in Movement Disorders, Ataxia, or related neurodegenerative conditions. This full-time, remote position is ideal for a physician passionate about improving access to expert ataxia care via telehealth, contributing to multidisciplinary care models, and advancing innovation in neurodegenerative disease management. Spanish language proficiency is preferred to support a diverse population of patients and caregivers.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified (or eligible) in Neurology with fellowship training in Movement Disorders or related specialty; or demonstrated expertise in treating Ataxia. • Experience managing hereditary and sporadic ataxias, spinocerebellar ataxias, and related movement disorders. • Comfortable with telehealth care delivery and collaborating with remote, interdisciplinary teams. • Licensed (or ability to become licensed) to practice in multiple states (Synapticure provides licensure support). • Passionate about improving care models and advancing outcomes for underserved patient
