📋 Description

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite implementations and upgrades. • Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate system functionality and performance. • Identify and report defects and issues, and work closely with developers and project teams to resolve them. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines. • Provide guidance and support to clients and end-users during testing phases. • Document test results, including defects, issues, and resolutions. • Stay up-to-date on iCIMS updates, releases, and best practices related to testing and quality assurance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. • Strong understanding of iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite functionality and configuration. • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks preferred. • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
