📋 Description
• Draft, review, and organize litigation documents • Manage discovery processes and communications • Maintain legal calendars and court deadlines • Organize electronic case files and medical records • Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties • Prepare cases for trial • Track liens and medical record requests
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years as paralegal or legal assistant • Proven personal injury litigation experience (mandatory) • Discovery process management experience • Legal calendaring and deadline knowledge • BILINGUAL: English and Spanish (professional level) • Strong written and verbal communication
