📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally with West Coast Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Germany to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and long-term value • Lead software rollouts and ensure fast, measurable customer value realization • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts • Manage senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera AI, Academy, and Technical Experts teams • Build and expand long-term enterprise relationships • Drive product adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach • Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews • Prepare and run customer workshops to explore AI use cases • Analyze customer health metrics, define action plans, and proactively address churn risks • Conduct targeted outbound activities and funnel reviews • Travel approximately 20–30% for customer visits

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the engineering domain • Experience including enterprise account management, technical consulting, and account growth • Strong familiarity with CAx tools and their applications • Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives • Highly data-driven ability to interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of measurable account growth • Mechanical engineering domain experience is a core requirement • Based on the West Coast • Residency in the US • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for customer visits • Alignment with Synera’s Core Values
