📋 Description
• Split time roughly 50/50 between supporting Global Events Lead and Head of Marketing (US) • Help with US event execution, campaign assistance, and marketing automation efforts • Use AI tools for enhanced productivity and reporting • Coordinate vendor communication and event logistics • Contribute to real projects with impactful outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in an engineering-related Bachelor's or Master's program (or marketing, communications, business, event management) • Based in the greater Boston, MA area and legally authorized to work in the US • Available for at least 8 months (ideally longer) • Some hands-on experience (4–6 months internship, part-time role, or substantial student project in marketing, events, or coordination) • Organized and reliable with a track record of following through on tasks • Clear communication skills in written and spoken English • Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) and curiosity about how AI can improve marketing • Self-starter comfortable working remotely
