📋 Description

• Review and analyze transaction activity to detect potential suspicious activity and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations • Develop and maintain policies and procedures • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training • Support audits and regulatory examinations • Prepare detailed reports for senior management • Monitor regulatory changes and investigate compliance issues • Participate in special projects to enhance the BSA/AML program • Manage annual performance management and merit processes for direct and indirect reports as applicable • Coach and develop team members and foster an engaged work environment • Work with Human Resources on employee relations, compensation, training, and filling vacant positions • Observe applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and risk limits; report known or suspected violations • Meet clients' business and personal financial needs and refer them to specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, and Treasury Management • Assist other team members to ensure delivery of distinctive service • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance, audit, or risk management within the financial services industry • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, compliance best practices, and risk assessment methodologies • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Professional certifications such as CAMS or similar are preferred
