📋 Description

• Install, test, analyze, maintain, and repair Syntegon pharmaceutical solid systems at customer sites • Provide turnkey support for start-up, IQ, OQ, and PQ validation testing on new machine installations • Update and modify machine control software at customer sites • Train customers on equipment use and maintenance • Coordinate development activities and upgrades to update and improve machine functionality • Support customers, Customer Service, and Sales departments as required • Participate in continuous internal training to maintain technical expertise and proficiency • Provide excellent technical customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction • Travel frequently to customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• 2-year Packaging Machinery degree and 2 years of experience working on Packaging Equipment OR 5 years overall experience in repair and maintenance of capital equipment • 2 years’ experience working directly with Customers • Ability to travel 80% of the time domestically and internationally • Preferred: BS in Electrical Engineering • Experience in the packaging industry preferred • Proficiency in operating controls • Prior work experience in repair/maintenance of control systems, such as servo drives, HMIs, and programmable controllers • Demonstrated advanced mechanical, electrical, and software skills • Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, PLC, and PMAC systems • Ability to support various software control platforms for complete packaging lines • Experience with cGMP and GAMP requirements in the pharmaceutical industry • Strong customer service focus with ability to assure customer confidence in equipment operation • German-speaking skills a plus • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, fully gowned • Ability to work in tight quarters, including standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending continuously approximately 66% of the time • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
