📋 Description

• Lead multiple complex projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Define project scope, requirements, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with sponsors and stakeholders • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, and vendor organizations • Drive project execution, resolve obstacles, and ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and achieve business outcomes • Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide updates to frontline teams and executive leadership • Support organizational change management for project implementations • Participate in vendor evaluations and implementation planning • Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement and project management best practices • Mentor less experienced project team members • Contribute to advancing project management capabilities across the organization • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects • Demonstrated success delivering business and technology initiatives from concept through implementation • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred • 10+ years of project management experience preferred • Experience with enterprise software implementations, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change management preferred • Experience working with global teams and suppliers across multiple time zones preferred • Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt), Agile, ITIL, or Change Management certifications preferred • Proficiency in project planning and execution, scope/schedule/budget management, risk and issue management, stakeholder/vendor management, resource planning, change management, facilitation, and presentation • Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Power BI preferred • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
