• Lead execution of distribution sales within the assigned market, aligned with North American strategy. • Responsible for leading OEM and key national accounts. • Translate North American objectives into clear regional targets, priorities, and action plans. • Identify market opportunities, competitive risks, and growth opportunities within the assigned market. • Lead, manage, and develop the North American distribution sales team, fostering a positive and safe work environment. • Support human capital processes related to hiring, performance management, and employee development. • Deliver national revenue, margin, and market share targets. • Establish and maintain consistent sales rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking. • Ensure disciplined use of CRM, sales metrics, and data-driven decision-making. • Execute pricing strategies in alignment with established frameworks in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Execute distributor strategy, including segmentation, coverage models, and engagement plans. • Ensure consistent value messaging and execution across all distributor channels. • Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders on demand generation, campaigns, and brand positioning. • Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Education in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field required. • Previous experience in distribution-based, B2B, industrial/manufacturing environments. • Previous experience in a sales leadership or similar role preferred. • Familiarity with sales software and tools preferred. • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required. • Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required. • Familiarity with the HVAC industry is an asset. • Organizational and time management skills required. • Previous experience with quality control and process improvement preferred. • Technical skills required for computers and tablets. • Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently.
