📋 Description

• Enter, update, verify, and maintain company and project-related data across internal databases and systems. • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records. • Generate spreadsheets, dashboards, summaries, and reports for management and operational teams. • Assist with document management, electronic filing, and records organization. • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and project managers to support data-driven initiatives. • Identify discrepancies in datasets and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information. • Support process improvement initiatives related to data collection and workflow efficiency. • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support when needed in a remote work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience in data entry, data coordination, records management, or administrative support. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Excellent typing, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. • Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, or CRM systems is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
