📋 Description

• This is a leadership role at the centre of our growth. • You will take ownership of product delivery, client success, and roadmap strategy, working closely with senior leadership to ensure clients realise tangible value from our platform. • The role sits across technology, delivery, and stakeholder management, with a focus on scaling, automation, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within SaaS, professional services, or managed services • Strong understanding of financial services or accountancy environments • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organised way • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development • We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong blend of accountancy and software experience, demonstrated through one of the following career paths: • Accountancy: Trained as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) before moving into a software, product, or technology role OR • Software (Accountancy or Financial): Built a career within the software/SaaS sector, working specifically with accountancy or financial services clients, with deep domain expertise in practice workflows, compliance, or tax
