📋 Description

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for MEP procurement and logistics functions • Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement and logistics strategies • Establish sourcing, supplier management, and logistics roadmaps • Align procurement and logistics initiatives with development, construction, facilities management, and corporate goals • Serve as executive sponsor for critical equipment procurement and logistics programs • Lead supply chain resiliency, supplier diversification, and operational scalability planning • Participate in executive leadership planning, budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives • Provide executive oversight of MEP sourcing, procurement, and supplier management • Approve strategies for major electrical and mechanical equipment categories • Lead supplier negotiations, framework agreements, strategic sourcing, and commercial risk management • Oversee equipment logistics from purchase order execution through project closeout • Establish logistics standards, delivery strategies, and project execution processes • Oversee portfolio performance, schedules, budgets, commissioning readiness, and supplier performance • Direct resolution of project delivery, logistics, commissioning, and supply chain challenges • Lead recovery planning for equipment delays, supply disruptions, and project risks • Own executive relationships with strategic MEP suppliers and conduct executive business reviews • Develop and manage departmental budgets, operating plans, and resource forecasts • Lead cost reduction, value engineering, and procurement optimization initiatives • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain procurement and logistics professionals • Establish KPIs, dashboards, performance metrics, standardized processes, and governance • Promote utilization of Procore and other procurement and project management systems • Perform other work assigned by executive leadership • Travel approximately 25% as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, construction management, project delivery, or related disciplines • 5+ years of leadership experience managing procurement, logistics, project management, or supply chain teams • Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale data center, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or commercial construction programs • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar procurement portfolios and supplier agreements • Extensive experience with data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems • Experience leading enterprise procurement transformations, supply chain organizations, or logistics functions • Expert knowledge of MEP equipment procurement, logistics, and construction execution • Extensive understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems • Expert-level strategic sourcing and supplier management capabilities • Strong financial, commercial, and contractual acumen • Advanced program and portfolio management skills • Executive-level negotiation and relationship management capabilities • Strong business intelligence, KPI development, and analytical capabilities • Advanced risk management and decision-making skills • Strong proficiency in Procore, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms • Ability to influence senior executives, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and scale operations in high-growth environments
