📋 Description

• Own and manage multi-brand creative project intake, ensuring requests contain comprehensive information for accurate scoping and scheduling • Monitor delivery timelines and proactively flag risks and dependencies • Serve as the in-house Monday.com platform specialist • Maintain Monday.com boards, workflows, and dashboards • Implement board automations to reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve real-time project tracking • Standardize, curate, and structure digital assets across all brands in Bynder • Establish filing systems and naming protocols for the Bynder library • Build brand landing pages and lead long-term global asset governance • Audit end-to-end workflows from intake through final delivery • Document processes and maintain operational resources • Participate in sprint planning and team syncs • Communicate project updates and requirements and facilitate operational readiness • Identify bottlenecks and implement creative-operations solutions • Support special projects and department initiatives and propose workflow improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated background in creative operations, project management, or production coordination across concurrent multi-brand initiatives • Strong expertise with project management tools; Monday.com preferred, specifically dashboards and automations • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms; Bynder preferred, with commitment to mastering them • Exceptional organizational abilities with a continuous-improvement mindset • Ability to navigate shifting priorities without compromising quality, structure, or detail • Determined, proactive approach to removing roadblocks, clarifying accountability, and advancing cross-functional deliverables • Collaborative, team-first mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
