Tailor emphasizes rapid, tailored implementations, agentic AI automation for tasks (e. g. , reconciling purchase orders), and transparent usage-based pricing, targeting B2B+DTC retailers and manufacturers that need scalable, modern ERP capabilities.

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client communications, question handling, escalations, and client requests • Coordinate directly with the internal development team • Maintain project management tools such as GitHub Projects and Jira • Keep project status, documentation, and release notes current • Analyze client data to identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks • Support solution architecture and functional gap analysis • Validate every release before it reaches the client • Coordinate client testing and sign-off • Own go-live readiness • Create training materials and deliver client training • Develop deep knowledge of the Tailor platform • Translate client feedback into product insights that inform the platform roadmap • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Senior PM on client implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product management in big tech or a startup and/or management consulting experience • Management consulting experience strongly preferred • Proven customer-facing experience • Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn and grow • Ownership mindset and appetite for operational and technical detail • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with data analysis tools and AI-driven workflows • Exposure to ecommerce or physical-product operations is a plus • Familiarity with ERP, 3PL, or commerce platforms is a plus • Prior experience onboarding customers onto software is a plus
