📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Analyze construction, project, schedule, safety, quality, and operational data • Extract, organize, clean, and validate data from SharePoint, Excel, project management systems, and other databases • Maintain and organize SharePoint folders, libraries, lists, and project data • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and workflow improvements • Partner with project and construction teams to understand reporting needs • Automate recurring reports and improve data collection processes • Identify trends, data gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for project leadership • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence • Strong Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint skills • Experience with Power Query, DAX, and Power BI • Power Automate preferred • Experience in BESS, Wind, Solar, construction, or renewable energy preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and related technology • Ability to occasionally lift and move office materials or equipment up to 15 pounds • Ability to travel to project sites, meetings, or company locations as needed
