📋 Description

• Execute and manage rail transportation plans for inbound and outbound wind energy components • Coordinate with rail carriers, terminals, and logistics partners to schedule shipments • Monitor and track rail shipments to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project timelines • Analyze transportation data to identify cost savings and performance improvements • Maintain and update dashboards tracking rail utilization and asset management • Coordinate with Railroad Clearance teams to meet loading and securement requirements • Prioritize Safety and Integrity in operations • Work closely with the Director of Rail Logistics to align transportation schedules with customer delivery demands • Collaborate across duties with all members of the Rail team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or operations experience • 2–5 years of experience in rail logistics or transportation analysis • Experience with Class I railroads, 3PLs, or project cargo is a strong plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, etc.) or similar data analysis tools • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skills • Adaptability, attention to detail, excellent communication, and coordination skills • Understanding of rail safety and regulatory standards
