📋 Description

• Provide sales support and customer service to clients interested in aesthetic treatments and professional training courses • Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital advertising • Conduct customer interactions by phone, WhatsApp, messaging, and video calls in English • Prospect for new business opportunities and reactivate existing customer accounts • Present treatments, procedures, and courses, answer questions, and highlight their differentiators • Follow up with contacts and manage negotiations through to closing • Develop outreach strategies to increase lead-to-sale conversion • Work toward individual targets and sales performance metrics • Assist with creating basic communications content, such as email marketing and social media post suggestions • Contribute to promotional campaigns and customer relationship initiatives • Keep sales records organized and monitor ongoing opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English – essential, with the ability to handle phone calls, messaging conversations, and video calls • Previous experience in sales, preferably in consultative selling • Knowledge of negotiation, prospecting, and sales closing techniques • Comfortable working with targets and variable compensation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, determined, and results-oriented profile • Ability to independently conduct negotiations and resolve sales-related inquiries • Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple contacts and opportunities simultaneously • Experience selling aesthetic procedures, beauty treatments, or professional training courses • Experience working in aesthetic clinics, MedSpas, or educational institutions • Experience handling leads generated through paid traffic • Knowledge of customer relationship and win-back strategies • 8-hour workday • Workdays include weekdays and Saturdays, according to the schedule

• Commissions paid in U.S. dollars (US$) • Commission of up to 5% on aesthetic services sales • 3% commission on course sales, according to commercial policies • Potential additional bonuses for achieving targets • 100% remote (work from home)
