📋 Description
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of member schools • Guide member schools in interpreting assessment data • Monitor member engagement with academic tools and services • Partner with various teams to inform product development
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in member engagement and retention • Strong understanding of academic support and consultation processes • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively
