📋 Description

• Assist with creating search strategies, including comprehensive target company lists and candidate archetypes, with client-side researchers • Execute rigorous desk research for specific roles and projects • Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in the client’s culture • Partner with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the value of effective talent practices • Provide an excellent client experience • Partner with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support

🎯 Requirements

• Executive Recruiting experience in an agency or in-house setting • Experience supporting senior engineering and product hiring • Strong sourcing skills • Expertise with recruitment analysis and research • Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Technical educational background
