📋 Description

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care • Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD • Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy • Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume • Manage schedule and weekly availability within established clinical standards • Build a patient population balanced to individual criteria and preferences • Collaborate within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists • Use operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing • Practice in a collaborative, team-based clinical community

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP • Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care • Experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management • Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy • Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model • Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently • Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development • Authorization to work in the U.S. required after offer acceptance and Form I-9 completion
