📋 Description

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, execution, launch, and post-launch follow-up of Network Operations strategic initiatives. • Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and launch requirements. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. • Monitor progress, identify risks or barriers, escalate issues, and recommend solutions. • Organize project documentation, trackers, status reports, meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up. • Support development and implementation of processes, workflows, and operational procedures. • Identify process-improvement opportunities and recommend ways to improve operational efficiency. • Support reporting, auditing, and tracking to keep network information and project data accurate, compliant, and current. • Coordinate launch-readiness activities and post-launch monitoring. • Coordinate provider scheduling, availability, logistics, communications, and operational requirements. • Liaise between providers and facilities, communicating expectations, timelines, changes, and next steps. • Work with Network Strategy, Operations, technical, clinical, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities and identify dependencies and operational gaps. • Provide project status updates, risks, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones. • Provide operational support and perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred. • 2+ years of operations, project coordination, project management, healthcare operations, or related experience required. • Experience managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Experience working with technical platforms, operational workflows, and/or application funnels. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, and working with large datasets. • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-up across multiple projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with providers, facilities, technical stakeholders, and internal team leaders. • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and follow-through. • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and take ownership of projects from planning through completion. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing priorities. • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms (bonus). • Previous experience working in healthcare or with a large, distributed network of providers (bonus).
