• Team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers • Leverage industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans • Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value • Leverage advanced sales methodologies along with strong communication and collaboration skills • Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators • Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach • Keep territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales and customer experiences • Ensure work compliance with company policies
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care • Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
