Tangible is a London-based financial technology company and secondary markets platform that provides liquidity solutions and advisory for institutional investors. It operates auction and liquidity hub products for closed-end and semi-liquid funds, serving limited partners (LPs), general partners (GPs), wealth managers and secondary liquidity providers. Tangible offers a tech suite and strategic/financial advisory for secondary transactions and works with regulated broker partners to facilitate securities offers.

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for secondary transactions and NAV lending, including NDAs, LOIs, Purchase & Sale Agreements, Transfer Agreements, Credit Agreements, and other contractual materials • Interpret fund documentation such as LPAs, offering materials, and side letters to identify transferability guidelines, consent requirements, and closing constraints • Manage global closing workflows by coordinating with buyers, sellers, fund managers, administrators, custodians, lenders, and compliance teams • Ensure timely and accurate execution of legal and operational deliverables • Oversee KYC/AML onboarding processes, including identity verification, beneficial ownership review, and regulatory compliance requirements • Improve legal infrastructure by refining templates, playbooks, checklists, and standardised processes • Advise internal teams on legal requirements, transaction feasibility, and risk considerations • Collaborate across legal, operations, deal teams, and platform workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in transactional legal, compliance, transaction services, or financial services roles • Experience ideally within investment banks, Big Four advisory, private equity, or in-house legal teams • Strong familiarity with US and/or UK law-governed agreements in a cross-border context • Experience supporting or managing multi-party transaction execution and closing processes • Working knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory compliance in financial transactions • Strong organisational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Experience in financial services, private markets, or fintech platforms is nice to have • Experience coordinating multi-party closings involving lenders, fund managers, administrators, custodians, and institutional investors is nice to have • Comfort working across international time zones and cultures is nice to have
