📋 Description

• Lead and manage district-level retail operations for Kate Spade New York • Drive achievement of district goals and results • Provide feedback, coaching, and development to employees • Build and lead effective teams across the district • Maintain customer focus and effective relationships • Develop strategies and plans using broad business perspective • Handle change, risk, ambiguity, and unfamiliar tasks effectively • Support recruitment, hiring, promotion, training, discipline, and termination decisions based on qualifications
