• Provide essential project coordination and administrative support that helps keep construction projects organized, compliant, and on schedule from kickoff through completion. • Support Project Managers and Construction Managers with daily project administration. • Assist with project setup, including project files, schedules, tracking logs, and project management systems. • Maintain and update project information within Salesforce, Procore, and other business systems. • Prepare, review, and distribute project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, change orders, transmittals, correspondence, and meeting materials. • Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical deadlines. • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical project records. • Manage document control processes, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence. • Ensure project documentation is properly version controlled and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders. • Assist with project reporting, dashboards, logs, and status updates. • Support project cost tracking, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and change order documentation. • Coordinate with accounting and project teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments. • Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with project teams, customers, and sales personnel. • Ensure project closeout documentation is completed accurately and projects are closed in a timely manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. • 2–5 years of administrative, project coordination, construction, engineering, or related project-based experience. • Experience supporting construction, engineering, architecture, or project management teams preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Experience with project management and document control systems such as Procore, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred. • Strong organizational, documentation, and record-management skills.
