📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations • Responsible for invoicing, collections, payroll, commission tracking, and vendor payments • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online • Create and manage up to 100 invoices per month in QuickBooks Online • Ensure billing accuracy across multiple service lines • Manage accounts receivable and collections • Calculate recruiter and channel commissions • Process U.S. payroll for approximately 10 employees via QuickBooks • Manage vendor and contractor payments • Maintain accurate books on a cash basis

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Experience managing commissions and variable compensation • Comfortable handling collections professionally • Experience coordinating with external CPAs • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Experience in service-based businesses • Preferred: Experience with international payments • Preferred: Experience in recruiting, SaaS, or professional services environments
