• Access and download financial data from various sources • Pursue automation opportunities for repeatable financial outputs • Perform monthly spending and headcount reconciliation • Prepare actuals reporting and variance analysis • Conduct trend analysis and create financial projections • Prepare standardized and customized reports for Taulia management and other stakeholders • Track performance data and summarize it for various audiences • Support other ad hoc finance and accounting projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Current Business, Finance, or Accounting student • Availability to join in a full-time capacity • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Positive attitude and initiative, self-motivation, and drive • Flexibility to work on different projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Reliable team player • Excitement to learn new things • Passion for numbers • Detail oriented • Nice to have: Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite • Nice to have: Prior work experience with responsibilities in finance or accounting
