📋 Description

• Own testing of projects spanning two or more teams, from defining verification needs through completion • Build reusable test data and environment setup tooling • Identify and cover quality risks between teams • Drive migration from the legacy end-to-end suite to per-domain test frameworks • Collaborate with principal quality engineers on organization-level quality initiatives • Write, review, and maintain test code and test framework code • Contribute to shared test tooling, test data utilities, and shared test libraries • Design and implement tests with teams without a dedicated quality engineer • Debug flaky and failing tests to root cause • Review specifications against implementations and tests • Provide a real-time Risk Radar to Directors focused on release confidence • Architect and maintain automation frameworks and AI agents that enable developers to generate test suites

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Ability to write production-grade code in more than one language • Advanced knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases, release pipelines, and monitoring • Ability to critique technical designs • Ability to influence without authority regarding long-term quality risks • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience • Typically 12+ years of relevant experience • Apply secure-by-design principles and data privacy standards
