📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire • Create and enhance document templates, workflows, business rules, and output processes • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving data, formatting, workflow logic, and output generation • Support and improve existing communication workflows, including legacy solutions that may require troubleshooting and reverse engineering • Work with a variety of data sources including XML, JSON, fixed-length, and delimited file formats • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, analysts, and technical team members to deliver successful outcomes • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and production support activities • Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and maintainability across communication workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Quadient Inspire • Experience with document composition, workflow development, data processing, and output generation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
