📋 Description

• Lead integrated marketing and creative projects from kickoff through delivery • Manage integrated marketing and creative projects, partnering closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Finance teams • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

🎯 Requirements

• Has 5+ years of project management experience within an agency or brand environment • Can manage integrated marketing, digital, and social projects from kickoff through delivery, including timelines, budgets, resource planning, and project documentation • Excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, deadlines, and next steps • Is comfortable facilitating meetings, tracking action items, managing approvals, and maintaining project plans and status reports • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities • Brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Is familiar with agile project management methodologies and modern collaboration tools • Ideal Background • Agency or in-house experience managing integrated marketing, digital, social, or content programs for consumer brands • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning • Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) is a plus
