📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution across Seller Experiences • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and business leaders to shape priorities • Raise the quality bar by guiding work from early concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications • Coach, mentor, and develop designers through regular feedback • Use research, testing, and experimentation to validate design decisions • Build deep expertise in the seller, marketplace, and eCommerce landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Experience Design • 3+ years of people management experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in user-centered design • Proven track record of implementing effective team and cross-functional processes • Experience influencing product direction through research, data, and compelling communication • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, seller tools, SaaS, fintech, or other complex product ecosystems is preferred • Familiarity with the gaming, hobby, or collectibles community — particularly trading card games
