📋 Description

• Manage, lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project • Provides leadership and collaborates with stakeholders including business, technology and finance partners • Support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies and systems across single or multiple Lines of Business • Works independently but receives assistance from more senior levels • Coaches other team members as appropriate within area of expertise • Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners • Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience • 3+ years of related experience • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills • Exceptional active listening skills • Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
