📋 Description

• Own the high-impact mapping and optimization of cross-functional workflows across the ecosystem • Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization • Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives • Support Salesforce and enterprise application improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation • Visio, Lucidchart or similar Business Process Management (BPM) tools • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
