📋 Description

• Services auto loan customers, dealerships, and financial institutions • Provides quality Customer service and solutions in a fast-paced, inbound Contact Center • Completes a broad range of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency • Promotes strong and lasting customer relationships by understanding needs and providing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 1+ years of related experience • Retail Customer service, banking, or Contact Center experience preferred • Successful completion of standard Contact Center training • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required • Must be able to adhere to a set schedule which may include weekends, late nights, and holidays • Bilingual (Spanish) contact center representatives must be able to take phone calls, answer customer inquiries, translate documents and other transactions as necessary in both English and Spanish.
