📋 Description
• Sell and originate residential mortgage loans to sales goals • Take residential mortgage loan applications and negotiate terms • Manage customer expectations and guide them through the mortgage application process • Generate referrals for mortgage sales opportunities • Ensure applications are complete and send them to underwriting • Communicate loan decisions and finalize the loan commitment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree or progressive work experience • 2+ Years of mortgage origination experience • Proven Sales ability • Knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines • Strong time management skills • PC skills including ability to learn mortgage origination and automated underwriting systems
