📋 Description

• Leads a specialized team of data professionals responsible for driving changes and improvement in business practices through data science. • Manages the overall data scientist team or function for a key business which may include Modelers and/or Data Scientist roles. • Oversees the development of data models, data mining and analytic solutions. • Responsible for supporting implementation, enhancement and maintenance of AML platforms. • Coordinates with technology teams on planning for system implementations and enhancement release cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) • Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or; 7+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted • Experience with Implementation, Maintenance and Enhancement of AML Transaction Monitoring Systems. • Expertise in end to end TM implementation activities such as Scenario Selections, Segmentation, Threshold Tuning, BTL Testing, Model Validation etc. • Experience with interaction with oversight and governance teams such as Internal Audit, Monitors, Examiners etc.
