📋 Description

• Enable Outcomes-Oriented Digital Product Function • Partner with Digital Product teams to align analytics and test/learn agendas • Translate business strategies into structured measurement approaches, including KPIs • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance digital engagement through analytics • Evaluate effectiveness of digital capabilities for recommendations • Create frameworks for segmentation, behavioral, and journey analysis • Influence decision-making through storytelling and insights • Work across enterprise to incorporate analytics into strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in business analytics and/or digital product analytics • Strong business acumen connecting analytics to financial and strategic outcomes • Demonstrated ability to create and operationalize analytical frameworks • Experience working in complex, evolving data environments • Excellent communication skills to translate complex analytics • Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Databricks)
