📋 Description

• Develop and execute collections strategies across delinquency stages • Partner cross-functionally to design, test, and optimize treatment strategies • Monitor strategy performance and recommend enhancements • Acts as the primary regulatory interface on risk issues • Represents business on corporate initiatives and provides direction in complex situations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred or progressive work experience • 10+ years' experience required • Proficient PC skills in MS Office and various analytical/reporting software • Experience with Relational Databases and ETL processes using SQL or SAS • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements • Extremely strong attention to detail • Proven ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Experienced in developing and presenting recommendations to Senior Management
