📋 Description
• Set the vision and lead execution of strategies to drive impact within Texas • Build relationships with stakeholders and advance education initiatives • Develop and implement local models for teacher learning and leadership • Manage a team and support staff development aligned with strategic goals
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in education policy or educational leadership • Proven experience in fundraising and managing donor relationships • Strong understanding of advocacy and teacher leadership • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate complex educational systems and ecosystems
