• Support in-depth product training (onsite & virtual) for teachers and administrators so they can use our products and services in the classroom with fidelity and drive results for the students they serve • Support long-term projects within the product enablement team through participating in team content reviews, content creation, and product use cases. • Creation of program support documents, walkthroughs, training content, and other media to ensure teacher fidelity
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field • 2+ years of classroom teaching experience in public education settings • 2+ year of experience providing training, support, and coaching in school settings • Demonstrate strong independence skills in trained tasks • Work efficiently in a remote work environment • Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office/Zoom • Outstanding customer facing presentation skills • Ability to anticipate problems and provide immediate solutions
• This is a 1099 contractor position with a flexible schedule and does not include benefits.
