📋 Description

• Perform initial response for all security incidents generated from managed services tooling • Accurately classify security incidents into MITRE categories • Quickly identify true positives versus false positive security alerts • Escalate tickets for scoping when an incident indicates a significant compromise • Participate in additional managed service needs as requested • Update documentation on alert processes • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management • Meet with clients at work sites as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree • CompTIA Security+ • CompTIA CYSA+ • 3 years + SOC Experience • Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for the duration of shift • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs • Driving to the work site to meet with client(s) • Preferred: Associates or bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/CS Program • Preferred: 1 year + working in ServiceNow • Preferred: 2 years + MSP (Managed Service Provider) work experience • Preferred: Microsoft SC-200 • Preferred: CompTIA Networking+ • Preferred: CompTIA A+
