• Drive Software Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of updates and enhancements to the critical tracking and reporting web portal. • Agile Orchestration: Facilitate sprints, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospective reviews for the software development team. • Mitigate Risk: Identify software-specific project risks, security vulnerabilities, and deployment hurdles, designing swift, effective mitigation plans. • Client Alignment: Align technical roadmaps with CBP/AMO strategic objectives, providing regular updates to the software technical lead and stakeholders.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of software development program or software project management experience. • Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps frameworks, with proficiency in tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence. • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
