📋 Description

• Review creative briefs, gather required assets, and set up organized project folders for designers. • Review in-progress design files to ensure they reflect the brief and required specifications. • Provide clear design direction and feedback to designers. No layout or production work required. • Proofread copy, check versioning, verify naming conventions, and ensure all required elements are included. • Input projects into Airtable, update status fields, and ensure records stay accurate. • Notify the Client Services Manager when a deliverable is ready for next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in design coordination or creative operations preferred • Ability to evaluate design files and provide constructive, objective feedback • Familiarity with design terminology, file types (AI, INDD, PDF), and basic print/digital specs • Excellent organizational skills and ability to jump between multiple projects • Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail • Clear communicator, comfortable nudging designers or CSMs when something is missing or delayed.
