📋 Description

• Schedule patient appointments according to clinical guidelines and patient needs • Manage daily provider calendars, including rescheduling appointments and notifying patients promptly of any changes • Respond to patient inquiries regarding clinic services or direct concerns to the appropriate department • Relay patient messages and requests to providers accurately and in a timely manner • Follow up with patients and providers as needed to ensure resolution and continuity of care • Set appointment follow-up reminders to support ongoing patient treatment and care coordination • Maintain accurate documentation within scheduling and EMR systems

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience, healthcare setting preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience using EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software, any platform is acceptable (examples include eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athenahealth, Kareo, or similar) • Experience using standard communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or equivalent • Strong attention to detail with high data-entry accuracy • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) specifically • Familiarity with common medical terms and procedures.
